Wilbert Swamp Lantern
Also known as Skunk Cabbage, these colorful but odoriferous blossoms populate the wetter areas of thePacific Northwest forests in the spring. This one was being explored by a small slug. I loved the way the lantern seemed to glow in the light.
This image is best displayed as a giclee photographic print on archival canvas wrapped over 1-1/2" thick wood stretchers and with a UV protective finish.
